Getting There
To Billund Airport
By air
The easiest way to reach Billund is to fly directly to Billund Airport (BLL). Billund Airport has several international connections, and there are also domestic flights from Copenhagen to Billund. The Copenhagen–Billund flight time is approx. 50 minutes. Please check current flight times directly with your airline before booking.
By train and bus
Billund does not have a train station. If you travel by train, the most convenient connection is usually to Vejle Station / Vejle Trafikcenter, followed by a bus to Billund Airport.
From Vejle, bus 43 and bus 143 run to Billund Airport. Bus 43 takes approx. 29 minutes to Billund Airport and normally runs about every half hour during the day, while bus 143 takes approx. 45 minutes and normally runs about once an hour. The buses stop at the entrance to the airport terminal.
If travelling from Copenhagen, take the train from Copenhagen Central Station to Vejle Station. The fastest trains take approx. 2 hours. From Vejle, continue by bus to Billund Airport.
We recommend checking your full journey at Rejseplanen.dk, as timetables may vary depending on the day and time of travel.
To Scandic Copenhagen
By air
If arriving by air, fly to Copenhagen Airport (CPH). From the airport, take the train from Terminal 3 towards Copenhagen city centre and get off at Copenhagen Central Station / København H. The train ride to the city centre takes around 15 minutes, with frequent departures during the day.
From Copenhagen Central Station, Scandic Copenhagen is within walking distance. The hotel is also close to Vesterport Station, where trains and buses depart regularly throughout the day and night.
By train
If travelling to Copenhagen by train from other parts of Denmark, arrive at Copenhagen Central Station / København H. Scandic Copenhagen is located approx. 700 metres from the Central Station. You can also jump into a S-train and get off at Vesterport Station. Scandic is only a short walk from Vesterport.
Train and metro tickets for travel from Copenhagen Airport can be purchased at the DSB ticket office or ticket machines in Terminal 3. Please note that tickets must be purchased before boarding.

Raffles & Prizes
The raffle is a key highlight of the workshop and an important engagement activity.
Table Prizes
Exhibitors are encouraged to host small competitions at their tables.
All prizes must be distributed before the main raffle begins.
Main Raffle
For the "larger" prices we will have the price draw at the end of the end of the workshop.

Only prizes above a certain value will be accepted to keep the price draw shorter and more interesting. PATA may combine prices to a greater price (only after agreement with you)
